At any time of day and record the weight/ date/ day/ time/ ( and temperature) -

You will see yourself burn more fuel when it is cold so turn that central
heating down and don't rug up so much at night
You will notice differences in weight before and after eating food and drinking

before and after evacuation ( and your density and buoyancy will change after -

I would suggest that the current recession and hammering of western economies
is the result of decades of haemorraghing to china's anticompetitive behaviour
such as dumping goods at cost or below cost and the deliberate targeting of
sector industries ( much as a supermarket does)
Coupled with industrial espionage theft of research and development patent
copyright and even trademark aided and abetted by our useless twit government
that not only allows this to happen but has actively encouraged it - you
recover your investment in r&d through sales
Stealing sales and marketing effort has also occurred on a grand scale such
that chinese factories don't even know what they are producing things for -
total failure to challenge and enforce theft of patent and copyright as well as
actively encouraging this by western governments
And they are surprised by the only logical conclusion namely a reduction to
sweatshop wages paid in china in the west and no doubt
reflected in government tax take the answer is to control this haemorraghing by
enforcing patent copyright theft of intellectual
And install a department of reciprocity when it comes to international trade -
it's called a level playing field and forcing employers to pay higher wages
when there isn't the revenue to support this will result in only one thing the
closure of even more businesses - and less tax

Using your burner phone or TP-Link 4g hotspot instead of landline wifi also
gets you off being spied on by the ccp ( chinese communist party) using a
huwaei ADSL/NBN router ( so long as it's not a Huawei phone!?)
In the case of TP-Link just run an ethernet cable and 12v power up to
your suitably configured 4g modem
Disconnect your Huawei from the ADSL NBN line and just use as ethernet router
using the wifi part to bring the wifi signal down inside the house
One benefit of 5g is that all the terrestrial ( non Et) links have been
upgraded which network is shared with 4g so that all the 4g links between cell
towers run alot faster

Well it's been 6 long years since my Father passed away 10th Oct 2016 we have a
Grandma day for the family so now there will be a Grandpa day when to remember
him and go out and enjoy yourselves please grandchildren great nephews and
nieces meaning eat and drink in your favourite restaurant
